The courier did not knock or ring the bell, even though I was at home and there is a large clearly marked mailbox at the door. The parcel box was damaged (crushed and broken open and the flimsy box was soaking wet and smelly, as was the jacket that was just stuffed into the box without a plastic bag to protect it. The tracking DHL service still shows the item as being in the Sydney tansit hub.
