I ordered this product and it was sent from China wrapped in a bag and not in a box. Through the shipping, the ball retrieval head broke off. The seller offered to replace it. I said to send in a box. Once again, the replacement was sent in a bag and not a box and I got another broken item. Don’t buy from this seller and the product is very cheap and will break.
