The seller said it was New. It didn’t come in a box. It seems like these discounted figures they are selling are ones that came off the conveyor belt and were not good enough to sell. So they bought them all and tried to pass them off as new. Her skin tone is off and her arm doesn’t stay in the socket. Don’t buy, I know its discounted but I would have rather bought a new one. Waste of money, but its kinda what I expected buying it SO cheap from China. Its going right in the trash
