To say there was bad communication would imply there was any communication. I messaged to try and change the shipping address moments after placing the order. When I got no response I requested a cancellation and promised to re-place the order with the correct address. The cancellation was declined (I think automatically because it timed out). The item was refunded 7 days after purchase because it never shipped. I sent multiple messages, but no communication back from the seller at any point.
