Item came in as described. nice package etc. seller is great in shipping out etc. when I used the item, I find that it doesn't work. I tried many things and water, and coffee comes right out of pod into the pod basket one time I heard a POP, and I removed as I do not want to destroy my Nespresso. if anyone has a good experience with using the device pleas put comment on how much to use and how it worked for you. Thanks
