One of the critical support arms for the laser came bent with the belt drive shaft popped out of its bearing. Box does not look shipping damaged so I assume this was repackaged and returned for the issue originally. I had to remove and reshape the metal plate. Did not stop me but could be an issue for someone that wants to buy and start using without having to do a little of your own trouble shooting. Once corrected everything functions. Operates as advertised
