Scam! Scam! They send me a burnt board. I asked for return they told me to contact ebay! I contact ebay they said contact with the seller. Seller stop responding. I spend 54 USD and they refund me 3.28USD. What waste of money!

The item purchased was tested and working. They refused to test the item siting discoloration in the board which is normal and due to the item being used. This was made much worse by the eBay International shipping program handling the return.
