    This is a very fine live performance of La Boheme. It was recorded in 1961 with what appears to me was the B Team at the Met, except for Victoria de los Angeles. However, that is no slight as all performers did a great job. I especially loved Morell as Rodolfo-he has a fine voice and is well matched with de los Angeles. The sound is very good for it's live vintage. This recording is worth obtaining if you are an opera fan. I'm glad I discovered it at a reasonable price.
