These shoes never have arrived. It shows a shipping label that has never been shipped. Very disappointing. Shipping label was created May 14 and still does not show shipped will never buy from this person again

The buyer did not inform me that they item was never delivered. This was an item that was lost by the carrier. Once I knew that it had been lost, I issued a full refund. The buyer did not give me the opportunity to make this right. It should be a common courtesy to allow us to resolve any issues.
