Firstly, I requested the seller to deliver the rug to a different address to which he agreed. However, the delivery arrived at another address.
Secondly, I requested an exchange because the rug was too small. The seller advised he couldn't do this because of the high postage charges and advised he would give me discount on the next purchase.
I raised a return and the seller wants me to pay postage charges.
This seller can't be trusted. I dont intend to buy from him again! Be weary 😩
