The items were poorly packed. Both bottles were damaged and one was 3/4 empty. This is unacceptable and not worth the purchase

I highly doubt that both items were damaged in shipping and more likely you damaged with the scissors in the photo. The items are wrapped in a inner bubble wrapper and then placed in a heavy-duty outer cardboard box. I have shipped many of these items and all arrived without incident.
