The company had a few ways to send the product. I told them to NOT use OnTrac because OnTrac has difficulty finding addresses in my rural neighborhood.
Well they send it by OnTrac and then it was turned around and sent back as undeliverable.
It is odd that they turned it around when they were 90 miles away. So they didn’t even try to deliver it.
And now they are delaying the refund. I do not recommend ordering from them as they are poor communicators.
