Doll's arm was torn, detached from the cloth body, not shown in photos. Photos depict clear eyes; eyes are very cloudy, dirty especially the left eye. Item has a very strong perfume smell. Vinyl is dirty, clothes were dirty and tear in dress larger than shown. Hair is thinner than photos depict. Also charged shipping over actual weight and sent the doll in a thin plastic bag. That is wrong. I provided photos to my claim. Perfume was the deal breaker.
