I received the lids 2 days too late in spite of paying for expedited shipping to get them a week before they were needed. The seller shipped through DHL & it took 10 days for my 2-day shipping to arrive. I contacted the seller when I realized the package would be late & again after it arrived. They responded the first time. They couldn’t access the tracking & asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I advised I wanted a full refund, including shipping cost, but I have not heard back.
