Device arrived packed well for shipping; like-new physical condition. Battery charged successfully, didn't have any trouble getting it paired with my Jabra hearing aids or my laptop. All the functionality I need is working (have not tried hands-free calling, not needed). There is an operational quirk I didn't expect, when sound streaming on the laptop stops there is an audible click and the Bluetooth audio drops. I suspect this is aggressive power saving in action.

Multi mic arrived earlier than expected, looks like new and the microphone and music functions worked fine. I haven't had an opportunity to test telecoil function or a cable to test the fm function, but am optimistic based on experience so far.
