The recipe book was in excellent condition. My mother owned a copy of this from back in the thirties, and it was lost to me when someone borrowed it and failed to return it. I was lucky to be able to find another copy and feel great that it was, at last, replaced as it is a wonderful edition and has some great recipes by individuals of the time period. I'm already loving the recipes and sharing some of them. It came nicely wrapped and protected, in reasonable time, at a reasonable cost.
