I ordered 4 yards of this lace and they sent two pieces of two yards each. To my complaints, they offered a 1 GBP refund and said I should have sent a request at purchase for having the 4 yards as a whole. Which is nonsense, because if this was true I should have received 4 pieces of 1 yard each. They copied and pasted their answer three times, not kind and not helpful at all. I won’t buy from them anymore.
