Buyer couldnt pay as they didnt have any money, for their own sake i cancelled the sale, If a buyer doesnt pay they get an unpaid item strike against their account, i didnt want this to happen. Really dont understand the neutral feedback, but i have had to block this buyer from buying again due to unfair feedback.
