I am afraid I don't understand the reason for the negative review. I am not aware of you purchasing the item from me and I not fulfilling the order. I have the item in my possession. Your payment did not go through and you asked how to get your money back. I cancelled the order and it seems like you got a refund. I am not sure what refund you were owed if payment did not go through. I will escalate to eBay to remove this comment as it's not accurate.
