Not exactly as the file photo shows . No two gemstones are identical. This particular stone doesn't have the brilliance of the photo or of some I've purchased. ( I've bought a great many black star saphires over the last 25 years. They're my wifes favorite .that said I'm very happy with this purchase the quality of the setting and craftmanship make this piece a welcome addition to her collection. I'm not the least disappointed. And looking to purchase another piece from this seller.
