dear customer there is no records of complaint concerning this soap over the years, its shocking that you opened a return and refund request for a finished product you have used more than halfway. i used my expertise to advise you on what the problems could be , if you are depending on a soap alone to make you light, you need to be sure other products you are using along side are equally good such that it wont hinder the soap effects and exfoliation is important too.your feedback is appreciated
