Shipping was a big problem. Seller said that FedEx had picked it up but then it the product just stopped in St. Paul, MN and didn't move, FedEx kept changing the delivery date and then everything just stopped. After requesting that seller send out a new one they did and that arrived okay.

great construction, but poor cart design. carts tilt dump feature would not lock with the latch. latch kept hitting cross bar. I called customer service and they sent me the exact bar and with the same problem. called back customer service and the rep said she would run this by her techs on Monday. Monday has come and gone with no response, reading reviews, this problem has come up before. I ground down the cross bar so the latch could lock. I resolved this but should not of had to take these st
