The product was described as New, the seller also informed me that the box had been opened before but everything was still new. But when opened, it was quite dusty, the white box was also cracked and broken in many places, the blind box looked like it had been opened before, like this was a used product. At first glance, everything seemed fine but compared to the model price and shipping fee, I feel disappointed. (seller offered to refund $20 but I refused to accept)

Item was listed as new, yet was opened. Items were missing that were clearly shown in the contents image in both the listing, and in the main handbook. Some items were also broken... Delivery was much quicker than expected, and the unit was packaged very well
