Seller has every excuse in the book on why they couldn’t ship item. Waited a few weeks, still no item or refund. Had to involve eBay to get my refund. Do not buy from this seller!

Glad to see you have kept your enthusiastic exuberance intact. I tried to refund you the money as I had been broke down out of town for 2 weeks. During which both my debit and credit card got hacked. As soon as the new ones came in, despite car note being due, insurance, groceries, gas, nope the 1stvthing I went to do was refund YOU! What a poor choice. eBay reminded me I needed to activate my card. Because it was new and hadn't been used before. Hence, you were the 1st on my agenda
