Seller created a shipping label on the day of the sale but has yet to deliver item to the USPS as the tracking says "USPS Awaiting Item" I have been waiting 10 days at this point. In my opinion, this is not same day shipping. This seller uses deceptive adverting is their ad and ebay should not be allow this. I asked the seller for a refund yesterday since they have not shipped the item and there was no response from seller.
