More importantly, they reached out, acknowledged there were issues, and took my feedback on needed improvements to heart. I truly believe they will be addressed. The delivery issue was the fault of a dishonest FedEx driver, NOT this seller. I eventually went to the FedEx station to get my package and the manager there was not pleased with what the driver did.
