Described as 10pcs RANDOM colour, the buyer purchased the listing and then requested a black and white hairband instead of asking whether this was possible before ordering. I cancelled because I didn't have the black and white hair band they specifically wanted. A full refund was given the buyer still feels the need to give neutral feedback. I would suggest that if a specific item is required then it would be best to order the exact item that is required. Thank you for your feedback!
