Beautiful towel, very well embroidered. The embroidery was very clear and neat, with no extra threads hanging off. I did email the seller, who didn't reply. However, the item was sent fast, and the packaging was very good, as it was still immaculately packaged when it arrived. The towel is very soft and is just perfect for my friend's new pup! Theres not much more to say really, it was a fab product and I would 100% recommend should you want a beautiful towel for your pup, this is for you.
