Ordered this item on Sept 4, was told a 2-week window was expected. USPS tracking shows a shipping label was created on Sept 5, but the trail ends there. As of Sept 24, still no sign of my order. Customer service followed up quickly to assure me it was shipped, but they have no record of what happened after it went to their shipping partner. I'm not convinced that it will ever arrive. Very disappointed. This vendor could benefit from better communication with their shipping partner.
