Mount broke a second time. Went up easily, but the cheap plastic crumpled, and just like that I’m back to using a TV. :(

If you throw a rock at a window, it will also break. Ignoring our included instructions and using too much torque via improper tools/methods will also damage the mount. Tens of thousands of these mounts sold and two have broken in this eBay buyer's possession indicates to us the damage was caused by user error more so than the product itself. We asked to have the product returned for free for investigation, but the buyer has declined.
