Packaged Extremely well, no damage. When held up to light the glass elements were very dirty but I have tools and completely disassembled it and washed every element, is in amazing condition post cleaning. I don't need another 50mm but I've become a vintage collector. Surprisingly sharp but its also a starting f/3.5.
