Though it wasn't quite a perfect transaction, the packaging was some of the best I've received. Seller took no chance that my meager purchase would be crushed or otherwise damaged. A much better job than is usually done. Communication was great, as well. I'd buy from again. A+

I said call your manager and override it. They didn't figure it out and then finally said they couldn't do it because they didn't know what the torque spec was on my oil pan plug. Disgusting. So I bought some oil there and went by Autozone to get me a filter. Got all done changing my oil and they sold me the wrong filter.
