The seller contacted me and said there were tears on them that he hadn't noticed before, so he offered me a second one for free. They arrived on time. One is a genuine USGI poncho liner which was taped like he said he would. I just had to use a blow dryer to cure the tape. The second poncho liner had not label and was in much worse condition than the second with some kinds of stains on them that I don't know if I can wash out, and much more tears...
