The wallpaper needed wallpaper adhesive and the buyer apparently failed to follow the instructions provided. Applying wallpaper can be time-consuming as anyone who has applied it knows. Of course we strive for excellent customer service and we also immediately offered an easy return and refund through eBay however - the buyer apparently chose to keep the $10 product and leave unnecessary negative remarks.
