There was a bit of grime (less than the picture) that took a little bit of work to get off but after that it looked relatively clean and barely any scratches. I did hear the buzzing sound from the fan as described which I swapped it out with my broken switch's fan. Looks like the fan got a little loose causing the buzzing sound. Great price and would buy from this seller again.
