On a arrival the box was damaged , no damage to the item but it had been used . Photo enclosed showing a black element . I contacted the seller who polited pointed out it was ex - demo. He offered a return and also commented he would have rather have sold the fryer to a more grateful buyer ! He also said that the element was visible on photo 7. Which is difficult to see. My point is, is this deception when used?
