The yarn that was on ebay was perfectly white, I wouldn't have even minded one being an off white as I only needed one skein to finish my grandson's blanket. But what I received were 2 mismatched skeins, one was half used, both were dirty and unusable with some faded gold type of color strewn over half of the skeins. She did finally refund my money including the shipping. There was communication back and forth multiple times the day she received it. I apologized and asked her to send it back for a complete refund. I think my reputation of 9,500 positive feedbacks speak volumes, Enough said, It was unfortunate but like I said, I'm human.
