However, they had removed the storage drive, so that was clearly not true. It was delivered without one, and they denied any wrongdoing in this regard. They claimed it was my fault. It was therefore unusable until I bought a replacement drive at my own expense. About half of the screws were missing, but there were barely enough to hold it together. After buying and installing a new SSD, it seems to work. Shipping was on-time.
