      Item well received and in good condition. You should pay a better attention to the protection of the CD case much more than what you did. Costumer wants to receive the item without any risk of damage. This item just was some lucky, but for me it's not very professional.

      Le CD a été entouré de carton et mis dans une enveloppe à bulles, il était donc bien protégé, je ne vois pas ce qui n'est pas professionnel. Mais il est vrai qu'avec vos 225 évaluations vous avez une plus grande expertise que moi qui n'en ait que 22800... The CD was wrapped in cardboard and put in a bubble wrap, so it was well protected, I do not see what is not professional. But it is true that with your 225 ratings you have a greater expertise than me who only has 22800...
