        Ordered EcoFlow Delta Pro Extra Battery, received WRONG ITEM — the Delta Pro Power Station instead. It arrived DAMAGED with visible cracks and dents. Packaging was poor and unsafe for such a heavy item. Seller has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Completely unacceptable experience for such a high-value purchase. Now dealing with eBay support for resolution. Avoid this seller at all costs!
