Unfortunately, the Seller used a sticker on the outer lid of the laptop to label it, and the sticker is impossible to remove. The laptop lid is coated with a rubberized material that IPA will eat through if I try to remove residue of sticker. This will ruin the lid. I am sorry for the sticker but it prevents the thousands of scams people try to pull daily. It is our way of keeping our equipment safe and verified. sorry!
