I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue, but they were unreasonable, uncooperative and ultimately stopped responding to my emails. The lack of customer service and disregard for the customer was extremely disappointing. As soon as it arrived to his house he said he had installed them on his computer and there is some sound from one. Right away hinted he wanted a partial refund. He then became explicit with what he wanted and it was indeed a hefty partial. Offered a full refund if he returned the item. As soon as I said that, he now want to keep the supposedly defective fan installed and only will accept a partial refund. He Never ended up returning it and I never gave a partial.
