I was afraid a large would be too large, but I took a chance. This top was “used", so I was not surprised to see that it had been washed. I always wash in cold and drip dry. My suspicion is it had also been dried in a dryer. I have this top in a smaller size, but it is not as small at this shirt! LESSON LEARNED ON MY PART. DO NOT PURCHASE USED COTTON CLOTHING IF YOU WANT CORRECT SIZING!
