Does not have the quick flip tab to quick adjust the mirror when driving at night and a glaring headlight is behind you. Easy install. The mirror has a slight bow and has a fish eye like view. The mirror adjustment nut/bolt has to be tightened to the max so the mirror does not sag down when hitting a pothole. Not knocking the seller here, just describing the quality of the product. Buy this if your OK with cheap non-OEM that just gets it done.
