You can see from the pics that this was untrue and the seller blamed me in a reply email for not doing more research b4 buying. The device is scratched up as you can see and batteries were in there long enough that they leaked acid in the battery compartment which could have corroded the battery contacts on the device. This type of untruthful posting is not at all what the eBay community is about. I have asked for a refund.
