Seller only shipped after I inquired about when I could expect her to finally take the item to the usps? Seller states in ebay messages that the USPS in Boca Raton Fl. Actually doesn't scan in mail recieved the day they actually recieved the package. But hold it until they are ready to send it to the next destination.
