Im not sure when people started including the bail in the measurement of the pendant, but I think the pendant size is the piece itself. The bail can add up to a half inch which throws off how some might perceive the size. However, it's a quality, lovely Chimney Butte piece. And I appreciate the quick shipping. Thanks so much.
