This is only the 2nd time I have done so in 22 years. Don’t know what to say. After reviewing his feedback. I was sure that it just must be a communication issue. So I bent over backwards trying to work out my issue with my order. But he made zero effort to communicate. Sadly I say be warned. Everything‘s good till you have a legitimate issue. Then come the insults.
