Seller said jewel case was new and blamed P.O. Jewel case is the jewel case he purchased it in from the seller he bought it from. Even has their label. So this guy is just a liar. Seller then wanted me to pay to return the CD for a refund. I gave him two chances to make it right, his response was irritation, and anger. Avoid this seller!!
