    The glass was advertised as new but unfortunately when I took a look at it, it indeed appeared to be used with smears and smudges and even a yellow liquid residue at the bottom, so I strongly suspect this seller lied to me. I'm sure it wouldn't be the first time a seller was untruthful on eBay, and it doesn't help his case that most things he has for sale are listed as used.
